Formal Warranty Policy:

 

Call or email Long Hunter Precision before sending any product back for warranty service.
 

To obtain warranty service by Long Hunter Precision, you must be the original purchaser/user of the product. Products must be returned to Long Hunter Precision with transportation charges prepaid by the purchaser within 30 days of your identification of the product deficiency and must be accompanied by a description of the issues and steps taken to troubleshoot. Long Hunter Precision will reimburse the purchaser all shipping charges if the issue noted is troubleshooted to be and likely caused by Long Hunter Precision. All shipments to and from Long Hunter Precision are via common carrier ground, unless explicitly authorized.
 

LONG HUNTER PRECISION, LLC’s LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR OR TO DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FAILURE TO FOLLOW CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES DESCRIBED IN THE PRODUCT MANUALS PROVIDED. LONG HUNTER PRECISION, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DECLARATION.
